Credentials: National Board of Chiropractic Examiners: Diplomate Jeffrey Bone Psy.D.
Education: Dr. Fullmer holds a B.S. in Biology and graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 1980. He continued his Post-Graduate Education with Certification and Studies in Orthopedics. In1998 he entered the Lincoln College of Post-Graduate Studies at the National University of Health Science in Chicago where he became certified in a specialized technic for disorders of the Low Back.
Professional:

Dr. Fullmer has been in practice since 1981, he has taught Post-graduate education for several Chiropractic colleges, as well as lecturing throughout the U.S. He as served as an Exam Commissioner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is currently serving as Vice President of CONA – Chiropractic Orthopedists of North America.

Patient Services: Dr. Fullmer specializes in Chiropractic Care and generalized muscloskeletal conditions, with emphasis on Disorders of the Low Back and related spinal dysfunction.
Personal: Dr. Stephen Fullmer currently is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Exercise Science Department at Orange Coast College as well as an Assistant Football Coach were he coaches the running backs.
